We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our market presence and support
customers in finding the right machine for the job. As an Outside Sales Representative, your role is to generate leads, close
sales, and build lasting customer relationships. You will promote our lineup of new JCB machines and used equipment, rental
solutions, parts, and aftermarket service offering a full-package solut
ion to our clients in construction, agriculture, and industrial
sectors.
Job Responsibilities
:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through jobsite visits, cold calls, referrals, and industry events

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to contact for equipment, parts, rentals, and
-
service

Sell a full range of products: new and used equipment, short- and long-term rentals, parts, and service maintenance plans

Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and recommend the best machine or solution

Schedule and coordinate machine demos, deliveries, and follow-up service with internal departments

Track all activity in Salesforce CRM: leads, quotes, sales, interactions, and follow-ups

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for all revenue streams (equipment, parts, rentals, and service)

Collaborate with the parts and service departments to ensure fast, effective customer support

Maintain knowledge of current pricing, promotions, product specs, and availability

Attend sales meetings, product training, and industry events as needed
Qualifications
:
-
1+ year of sales experience (equipment, construction, rentals, automotive, or industrial sales preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-
High level of personal drive, organization, and professionalism

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Experience selling heavy equipment, parts, or rentals is preferred

Familiarity with service contracts or preventative maintenance sales

Bilingual in English and Spanish
