Position: Inventory and Parts Sales Associate

Location: Donna, Texas - Rio Grande Valley

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

We are currently hiring for a full-time Inventory and Parts Sales Associate role based in San Juan, Texas, at our dealership.

The Inventory and Parts Sales Associate will be responsible for ordering, staging, inspecting, and returning parts/cores to

support the Service Department. Additionally, this position will oversee inventory management and maintain the cleanliness of

the parts warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and stock parts inventory.
Process purchase orders for service department, rentals, equipment sales and external customers.
Perform parts and attachments inventory counts.
Handle the purchase order expenses workflow within the accounting department.
Assist the parts manager with delivering parts to job sites and customer locations.
Assist the parts manager in retrieving parts from different suppliers.
Assist with parts requests call ins and walk ins.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in parts sales or coordination (heavy equipment, automotive, or a related industry)
Knowledge of heavy equipment parts is highly preferred.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet)
Driver’s License is required.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, service managers, and co-workers.
Bilingual in English / Spanish is required for this position.
