We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician / Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
three years of experience as a heavy equipment technician, preferably within a dealership environment. This role requires proficiency in
diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding heavy machinery, including hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrains, engines, and Tier IV Emissions
systems.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of heavy equipment, including but not limited to hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrains, engines, and Tier IV Emissions systems.

Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed.

Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients regarding equipment issues and repair timelines.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of three years of experience as a heavy equipment technician, with a preference for dealership experience.

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heavy machinery, including hydraulics, electrical systems, powertrains, engines, and Tier IV

Emissions systems.

Experience with failure analysis procedures and warranty claim processing.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site

Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proficiency in computer systems, including equipment repair software.

Bilingual in English / Spanish is preferred for this position.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Capable of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.

Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings and varying weather.
